Small belts: Used for die feeder rail, accurately feeds the wire to the nail mold position to complete the final nail head forming. It plays super important part on die feeder rail during nails production. Usually replace every 1-2 days. Its models and sizes (110C5405 31.05mm; 110C5338 42.85mm; 110C5369 34.2mm;110C5640 35.2mm)
Other durable parts like:
nail knives/cutters is for nail point cutting, nail point degree (diamond point 35°, 42°,48°,66°, chisel point 110°, clinch point30°...etc) all can be customized;
Technical process&requirements:
Cutter material is adopted Taiwan "CB-CERATIZIT" hard alloy, ST12 pressure casting. Material physical data:
Density ISO3369 (g/cm³): 13.10±0.10
Hardness ISO3738(HRA): 83.0±0.5
Coercivity HC ISO3326(Oe): 60±10
Transverse Rupture Strength ISO3327(N/mm²)≥2450
Die-feeder guide rail is for wire transmission, it work together with die-feeder and it is key part of the machine;
rollers driven by die feeder gearings through small belts to realize the wire transmission. The die-feeder rails consists of one stationary rail and one flexible rail. We have guide rail of 5 group rollers and 6 group rollers for option.
Nail dies/mould size is customized for each nail size;
Gripping pins/grippers is to clamp the nail shank and position the nail and release nails;
Head roller job is nails' head forming.
