Die feeder guide rail is for wire transmission, it work together with die feeder and it is key part of the machine;

Nail dies/nail molds size is customized for each nail size;

Firstly make Raw material into Roughcast,rough machining operation, shape finish machining, Low speed Wire cut Electrical Discharge Machining R groove, fine machining Anti-slip tooth, chamfering, polishing, checking shape and dimensions, checking R groove dimension , cleaning and and finally pack for storage

Gripping pins/grippers is to clamp the nail shank and position the nail and release nails;
Head roller job is nails' head forming.
