#China automated high speed rotary wire nail making machine*This is our factory main products super high speed rotary nail making machine. It is different with traditional nail making machine working theory which allows the wire feeding, cutting and head forming finish nearly at the same time. All the machines are customized depends on customer's exact nail sizes and tolerance. Machine with optional air condition system for electric appliance cooling. It can be button operation or screen touch operation.
Machine ModelsNails from 2.0mm-4.5mm (dia. ) and 30mm-120mm (length) that all can be customized production on our machine.
Nail details should be informed by customer.Machine main wearing parts is the small belts, nylon blocks for wire transmission; Other long-life parts like: nail knives/cutters is for nail point cutting, nail degree can be customized when you place the order; Die feeder guide rail is for wire transmission, it work together with die feeder and it is key part of the machine; Nail dies/mould size is customized for each nail size; Gripping pins/grippers is to clamp the nail shank and position the nail and release nails; Head roller job is nails' head forming.

Machine shipment package
Firstly machines are wrapped by wrapping film and bubble film, hen put onto wooden box pallet and fix its position and fasten it tightly and immovable, finally finish wooden case.We also supply related nail production line system/ magnetic nail conveyor
After nails produced by our high speed nail making machine, the magnetic conveyor will transport those nails to threading machine for threading and then go to next step nail collating machine for nail collating.
